This is what I love today?
Yes, it is and let me explain why.
I was scanning through my emails today and once a week I get something from RealAge, Dr. Oz' and Dr. Mike's newsletter. This week the benefits of turmeric were being touted and this is what I learned.
Apparently this wonder spice is great for fighting arthritis, liver disorders, preserving memory, as an anti-inflammatory and for reducing leg cramps among other things.
I wanted to know more. The easiest way to ingest turmeric is through mustard. So I googled French's Mustard and came up with this site to test my condiment knowledge.

Did you realize a tablespoon of mayo has more fat than a pepperoni personal pan pizza from Domino's?
I also didn't realize that a tablespoon of ketchup has as much sugar as ten M&M's or a tablespoon of ice cream.
Wow.
I'm thinking I need to be reaching for the mustard way more often than I do.
So mustard with turmeric is what I love today.
